Stories from our February-May batch of Interns

In February 2019, following a shortlisting and interview process, 10 youth with disabilities were placed as interns with 5 of our member organizations and companies. Many of them in the first batch have completed their placements. We caught up with them to learn more about their journey through their internships and next steps. These are the amazing stories they shared.

Through these stories, we have learned that our internship model is creating a strong positive impact and we are aiming at ensuring that more of these opportunities are created for persons with disabilities in Uganda.
