Apply for the Uganda Graduates Volunteer Scheme Program
The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) and United Nations Volunteer Programme in collaboration with the Ministry of Gender, Labour and Social Development are now accepting applications for the Uganda Graduate Volunteer Scheme. The Scheme supports Government of Uganda’s Green Jobs Programme in revitalizing quality apprenticeship and volunteerism. The Scheme aims to address the challenges of unemployment and low labour productivity particularly among youth through providing graduates, with access to work-spaces to gain employability skills. Young graduates will be placed as volunteers in institutions across various sectors for a period of 12 months.
